Witness Seminar Heroin History Heerlen

On September 6, a witness seminar was organized to bring people together from various backgrounds to talk and remember the heroin epidemic in the city of Heerlen. In three rounds, the group talked about, memorized and discussed the history of drug use and drug trade, drug & relief care, and local drug control. The seminar delivered many personal stories and good insights in daily practices. As such, invaluable historical information was gathered that supplements findings from literature, newspapers and archives greatly.
