Speakers at the event were August de Loor (Stichting Adviesburo Drugs), Stephen Snelders (Imperative of Regulation researcher), Gemma Blok (Professor of Modern History at Open University and Imperative of Regulation project member), Arno Adelaars (author, drug researcher and experience expert) and Arjan Nuijten.
